2025/2026 AGE DEFINITIONS
18 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after July 1, 2007 or
Players who were born on or after July 1, 2006 and a high school student in the twelfth (12th) grade or below during some part of the current academic year
17 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after July 1, 2008
16 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009
15 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010
14 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011
13 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after July 1, 2012
12 and Under Division:
Players who were born on or after July 1, 2013
REGIONAL TRAVEL TEAMS
REGIONAL TRAVEL TEAMS (7-8 Months)
Regional teams are the lower cost alternative travel teams and ideal for players with schedule restraints with less traveling as Elite travel teams.
Regional teams compete in SCSN regional tournaments which will be included in your seasonal fees. Participating in additional tournaments will be additional costs.
Regional team practices up to 2 times per week.

Players are strongly recommended to attend both tryouts
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check-in
We will not have a mandatory parent meeting. Players registered and attending first day of tryouts will received program packet which will include season fees, descriptions, schedules and information.
SEASONAL FEES
Our seasonal fee is for operational costs for the full season which will cover gym rentals, administration, equipment, supplies, tournament fees, coaching, and coaches travel.

TRYOUT INFORMATION
- Players will need to attend at least one tryout to be considered. Attending all tryouts assures that the committee coaches have evaluated the player thoroughly. If you must miss a tryout, please notify a ECVBA Staff member.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR TRYOUTS
- Elite and Regional Travel Teams $55.00 Tryout Fee
- (you only have to pay once for all Elite Travel/Regional Travel team tryouts)
- We encourage every athlete to attend all tryouts, if possible. Each athlete needs to be accompanied by a parent/guardian to fill out the necessary paper work. If you must miss a tryout date, contact ECVBA
- Elite Travel teams and Regional Travel teams are selected after the final tryout.
- Please come 15-30 minutes early for registration and paper work.
- The SCSN has specific dates clubs are allowed to offer and accept contracts from athletes for team placement. A club may give an offer to a player and that player may accept that offer at any time on or after the “First day of tryouts;” however, if a written offer is made, that offer must stay on the table until the respective signing date.
- Once the letter of commitment is signed and turned into one club, the player is then committed to that club. If a player does not follow the tryout procedures and commitment date, he/she may be suspended for the season.

- FYI...Deposit fee will be required when final team selections are made and contracts are signed.
